If you face a problem trying to get a pair of Melomania Touch to connect with the app, then this will be because they haven't been correctly paired. The way our True Wireless technology works, means that both earbuds should appear in your Bluetooth device list, but this isn’t obvious unless you know about it. Learning from early user feedback, we suggest following the steps in our Android and iOS pairing guides to be sure.
The Melomania App is designed for Melomania Touch and not Melomania 1, so if you try and connect a pair of Melomania 1's to the app, the app will not function.
Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to make Melomania 1 retro-compatible with the app, as it was designed over a year ago and was never designed to work with an app.
