One of your earbuds might not be working for a few reasons:
Make sure the earbud is on
If the earphone has been turned off, you can manually turn it back on by holding on to the surface of the earphone until you hear a feedback response. If no response is heard, it is likely that your earbud has not been charging correctly.
Check it is charging
If one of the earbuds is not working or not charging inside the case (no light on the earbud). It is possible that the earbud is not able to charge properly. Please check that the charging case is clean, and the earbud is properly seated inside the case. There should be no obstruction in the case that could affect the contact between the earbuds and the charging terminals.
If there is an obstruction inside, please use a cleaning pad or alcohol to clean it.
