One of your earbuds might not be working for a few reasons:
Make sure the earbud is on
If the earphone has been turned off, you can manually turn it back on by holding on the surface of the earphone until you hear a feedback response. If no response is heard, it is likely that you earbud has not been charging correctly.
Check it is charging
If one of the earbuds is not working or not charging inside the case (no light on the earbud). It is possible that the earbud is not able to charge properly. Please check that the charging case is clean, and the earbud is properly seated inside the case. There should be no obstruction in the case that could affect the contact between the earbuds and the charging terminals.
If there is obstruction inside, please use a cleaning pad or alcohol to clean it.
If you wish to factory reset your Melomania Touch:
1. Place both earphones in the case.
2. Press and hold both on both earphones for 10 seconds until the earbud status lights briefly turn blue.
3. At this point, you can release the surface of the earphones.
4. The earphones should start to flash rapidly, which means it is in the process of factory resetting.
5. Once the earphones have stopped flashing, the reset procedure is complete and the earbuds will no longer remember any of the devices that have previously paired with them.
6. You will then need to follow the initial setup procedure from the beginning
